New Zealand lawyer Dr Maurice Coughlan has been appointed Fiji’s new Supervisor of Elections.Constitutional Offices Commission chairman Rishi Ram made the announcement today, more than a year since incumbent Semesa Karavaki, a local lawyer, was deposed by the military-backed regime.
