Time for honest reflection in Fiji.

Fiji's Public Service is being hampered by the Telecommunications monopoly.

The issue of living wages and performance based renumeration in Fiji will have to re-visited.

So will the issue of the controversial R.T.U Bill. Along with the interference of Political players in independent state entities like the Electoral office.

a deceptive change coat.

That is the state of democracy in Fiji's rural areas, who have been perpetually hoodwinked by successive Politicians.
There is a fishy connection between staff at Fiji Electoral Commission and the P.M's office, which basically has budgetary control over the independent Commission, which should be rectified.
True independence requires, independent offices to maintain financial control. Not live on hand outs by Politicians!

Fiji Times Editorial Cowardice- Bad influences for the character of the community.

Army Commander says the gloves come off with the Methodist Church of Fiji.
I salute his stance, time that more people with backbones stand up for integrity in Fiji.

The Fiji Times Editor takes a
bias and cowardly stance on the matter, because the editor is a patron of the church. It is certainely within his authority of the Commander, to choose
a religous organization that benefits his team's interest.

G.C.C has the cure for AIDS? If not,
refrain from comenting on the matter, because the entire decision making
functions is duplicating the Fiji Government. More erronous justification for G.C.C's obsolete existence.

Finance Ministry's grand plans of revitalizing the rural areas is piece meal-deluxe. Realistically, Fiji needs a pragmatic and revoutionary approach not text-book lip-service by white-collar experts.
Ministry of Health is getting the run around by the Ministry of Works. If both can't do the job, out source. I just don't get
the bureacratic mentality in the entire civil service. Fiji Police Commisioner has set
his new priority of changing mindsets in the force.
